Before Your Spray Tan
Prep for Your Best Glow
A little preparation goes a long way. Follow these steps to ensure your spray tan develops evenly and lasts longer.
Exfoliate
Exfoliate during the two days before your appointment. Dry brush before showering, shave if desired, and use an oil-free scrub. Rinse thoroughly so no scrub or product residue remains.
Arrive with Clean Skin
Arrive without makeup, lotion, oils, or other skin products. Deodorant is optional, but it may affect color development under the arms.
Schedule Services Early
Schedule manicures, pedicures, facials, peels, waxing, or other exfoliating services at least 24-48 hours before your spray tan, unless your provider gives different instructions.
Wear the Right Attire
Wear the undergarment or swimsuit bottom you prefer during the application.
Finish Shaving Early
Shave 4-6 hours before your appointment if possible.
Shower Earlier
Shower 4-6 hours before your appointment when possible. Finish with a cool rinse if your schedule does not allow that wait time.
